CLEARSPACE is dedicated to self-discovery, transformation, healing and obtaining balance.

More and more books, people and opportunities have been crossing our path with a message about ‘balance’. We live in a world of duality. For everything, there is its equal opposite. For every sadness, we can find the gladness. For every triumph, there is the possibility to find its opposite and in every seeming failure or hardship, we can find an opportunity for growth.

Healing our hurts, pains, aches and emotional traumas often take time but they are our teachers. To find the gifts buried in our challenges is probably our greatest challenge... but the rewards are magnificent.

Beliefs

Andrew and Liesel have found that some of our greatest stumbling blocks are our limiting beliefs. We take these beliefs on during the course of our lives, especially when we are very young and impressionable. Sometimes we are unable to let go of beliefs that are holding us back, because we are unaware of them. Other times, we’re reluctant to let go because these beliefs feel so familiar to us and we simply don’t know what to replace them with.

Our beliefs determine our behavior, actions and reactions, our abundance/lack consciousness, health —and if we keep doing the same thing over and over again (because of a stubborn belief), we will keep getting the same results. Frustrating—but that’s how it works.

Einstein said: “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”. To stop this madness, we have to look at our problems with different eyes, and find solutions by doing something different.

We have discovered many brilliant tools to help rid us of limiting fears and beliefs. And just as important—tools to instill positive new behaviours and beliefs. Tools like EFT, asking better questions, coaching, affirmations, Byron Katie’s Work. We use at least one of these tools in every session, even in a Quantum Touch session.
